In den Vertragsakten können Sie die Vertragsdaten von Ihrem Energielieferanten hinterlegen. Anschließend können Sie Ihre Kosten, CO2-Emissionen, CO2-Emissionskosten und das Energieäquivalent in der Geräteübersicht anzeigen lassen. Mithilfe von Datenobjekten können Sie die Kosten, CO2-Emissionen, CO2-Emissionskosten und das Energieäquivalent in Berichten und Dashboards graphisch darstellen.

Neue Vertragsakte hinzufügen

  1. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Hinzufügen.
  2. Geben Sie einen Vertragsaktennamen ein.
  3. Wählen Sie aus, ob es sich um einen Energieträger oder Hilfsstoff handelt.
  4. Wählen Sie Ihren Energieträger oder Hilfsstoff aus.
  5. Wählen Sie die Einheit aus, in der das Medium abgerechnet wird. Diese finden Sie in der Rechnung Ihres Energielieferanten.
  6. Geben Sie Ihre Währung an.
  7. Legen Sie die Vertragsfarbe fest. In Berichten, Dashboards und Listen wird diese Farbe zur Darstellung von Kosten oder CO2-Emissionen verwendet.
  8. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Bestätigen, um die Vertragsakte zu erstellen.

Messstellen zuweisen

  1. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Zuweisen. 
  2. Wählen Sie die Messstelle, die Sie der Vertragsakte zuweisen wollen, aus und ziehen Sie die Messstelle per Drag-and-Drop in das rechte Fenster.
  3. Klicken Sie abschließend auf die Schaltfläche Bestätigen.

Sie können die Messstelle jederzeit wieder entfernen, indem Sie mit der Maus über die Messstelle fahren und auf das X klicken.


Preise und CO2-Emissionen hinzufügen

Preise und CO2-Emissionen bilden die Grundlage für die Berechnung Ihrer Energiekosten. Beachten Sie, dass Sie je nach Energieträger oder Hilfsstoff Informationen wie den CO2-Preis und Emissionsfaktor oder den Heiz- und Brennwert angeben müssen.

  1. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Hinzufügen.
  2. Wählen Sie aus, ab wann Ihr Vertrag gültig ist.
  3. Geben Sie Ihren Vertragspartner, sowie die Kundennummer und die Vertragslaufzeit an.
  4. Falls nötig, geben Sie den CO2-Emissionsfaktor an. Ein CO2-Emissionsfaktor ist eine Zahl, die angibt, wie viel Kohlendioxid (CO2) freigesetzt wird, wenn z. B. Benzin verbrannt, ein Haus geheizt oder Strom erzeugt wird.
  5. Falls nötig, geben Sie an, wie hoch der CO2-Preis pro Tonne ist. Der CO2-Preis pro Tonne ist eine Gebühr, die gezahlt werden muss, wenn eine Tonne Kohlendioxid (CO2) in die Luft abgegeben wird.

  1. Wählen Sie aus, ob es sich um einen zeitabhängigen oder einen festen Tarifpreis handelt.
  2. Geben Sie den Tarifnamen ein.
  3. Geben Sie den Arbeitspreis pro verbrauchter Einheit an.
  4. Wählen Sie den Zeitraum aus, in dem der Tarif aktiv ist. Sie können zusätzliche Zeiträume in der Zeitplanung konfigurieren.
  5. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Tarif hinzufügen, um weitere Tarife anzugeben.
  6. Klicken Sie auf Bestätigen, um die Konditionen zu speichern.

Add prices and CO2 emissions

Prices and CO2 emissions form the basis for calculating your energy costs. Please note that, depending on the energy source or auxiliary material, you must provide information such as the CO2 price and emission factor or the heating and calorific value.

  1. Click on the button Add.
  2. Select the date from which your contract is valid.
  3. Enter your contract partner, customer number and contract term.
  4. If necessary, enter the CO2 emission factor. A CO2 emission factor is a number that indicates how much carbon dioxide (CO2) is released when, for example, gasoline is burned, a house is heated or electricity is generated.
  5. If necessary, indicate how high the CO2 price per ton is. The CO2 price per ton is a fee that must be paid when a ton of carbon dioxide (CO2) is released into the air.
  6. If necessary, specify how high the heating value is. This value indicates how much usable energy can be extracted from a substance without the use of condensation heat.

Then enter the tariffs that you have agreed to with your energy supplier. Here you have the option of specifying low and high tariffs, for example.

  1. Select whether it is a time-dependent or a fixed tariff price.
  2. Enter the tariff name.
  3. Enter the labor price per unit consumed.
  4. Select the period in which the tariff is active. You can configure additional time periods in time management.
  5. Click on the Add tariff button to specify further tariffs.
  6. Click on Confirm to save the conditions.

Negli atti contrattuali è possibile memorizzare i dati del contratto del proprio fornitore di energia. Sarà quindi possibile visualizzare i costi, le emissioni di CO2, i costi delle emissioni di CO2 e l'equivalente energetico nella panoramica dell'apparecchio. Con gli oggetti di dati è possibile visualizzare graficamente i costi, le emissioni di CO2, i costi delle emissioni di CO2 e l'equivalente energetico in report e dashboards.

Aggiungere nuovi atti contrattuali

  1. Fare clic sul pulsante Aggiungi.

Aggiunta di prezzi ed emissioni di CO2

Prezzi ed emissioni di CO2 costituiscono la base per il calcolo dei costi energetici. Si noti che, a seconda del vettore energetico o del materiale ausiliario, sarà necessario fornire informazioni come il prezzo del CO2, il fattore di emissione, oppure il potere calorifico e il valore energetico.

  1. Fare clic sul pulsante Aggiungi.
  2. Selezionare la data a partire dalla quale il contratto è valido.
  3. Inserire il nome del proprio partner contrattuale, il codice cliente e la durata del contratto.

En los expedientes de contratación podrá guardar los datos contractuales de su proveedor de energía. Asignar puntos de medición

  1. Haga clic en el botón Asignar. 
  2. Seleccione el punto de medición que desee asignar al expediente de contratación y mueva el punto de medición mediante la función de arrastrar y soltar a la ventana derecha.
  3. Para finalizar, haga clic en el botón Confirmar.

Usted puede volver a eliminar en todo momento el punto de medición situando el ratón encima del punto de medición y haciendo clic en la X.


Agregar precios y emisiones de CO2

Los precios y las emisiones de CO2 son la base para el cálculo de sus costes de energía. Tenga en cuenta que, dependiendo del vector energético o material auxiliar, deberá indicar informaciones, como el precio de CO2 y el factor de emisiones, o el poder calorífico inferior y poder calorífico superior.

  1. Haga clic en el botón Agregar.
  2. Seleccione la entrada en vigor de su contrato.
  3. Indique la parte contratante, así como el número de cliente y la duración del contrato.
  4. Si es necesario, indique el factor de emisiones de CO2. Un factor de emisiones de CO2 es una cifra que indica cuánto dióxido de carbono (CO2) se libera, p. ej., cuando se quema gasolina, se caldea una casa o se genera energía eléctrica.
  5. Si es necesario, indique el precio de CO2 por tonelada. El precio de CO2 por tonelada es una tasa que hay que pagar si se emite una tonelada de dióxido de carbono (CO2) a la atmósfera.
