Data point overview | Visualization of all transmitted active energy values | The list of connected data points is extended by a newly added sublist per measuring device for all active energy values: - Prerequisite for this visualization of all values is a complete configuration of the corresponding measurement in the recording configuration of the device.
- The following values can be shown: Balance (active energy), Consumed (active energy consumed), Supplied (active energy supplied)
- The sublist is expendable and can be used, as soon as the device has configured the right value
- Additional information (e.g. time stamp for last readout) and hints are shown for each value
| Hierarchy editor | Counting and visualization of used items in the GridVis® Cloud | - Assigning additional items - more than allowed by the used license - is inhibited.
- Data points, which would use a item, are shown grayed out in the list and cannot be assigned any more to the hierarchy. (Hint: data points from devices can still be assigned if a data point is already assigned from the same device and the item has been counted.)
- The information box on the top right corner of the hierarchy editor displays a hint on the maximum usage of the items.
|
| Searching inside the accordion | Above the accordion a search filter is available, with which the list of available data points can be filtered by their naming and properties. Hidden data points can also be found by using the search filter. | Languages | Spanish | Language selection option added in the language context menu: Spanish. For texts with a missing translation, the text is still displayed in English as a fallback and will be translated soon. |
| Italian | Language selection option added in the language context menu: Italian. For texts with a missing translation, the text is still displayed in English as a fallback and will be translated soon. | General | Optimization of the web frontend | Optimization of the CSS script for a reduced amount of data for initial website opening. |

Dashboard | Consumption tiles | Extended visualization of the values inside the corresponding consumption tile per medium: - The current consumption (current bar) is displayed on the right side in each consumption tile.
- The whole consumption of the currently chosen period, which is also shown in the bar chart for the whole chosen period, is listed as a numerical value on the left side in each consumption tile.
|
|
| - While changing the dashboard view to costs or CO2, the values inside the consumption tiles are also converted into the corresponding unit.
- When a contract is missing in the settings for the current node, hint is shown instead of the converted values.
|
|
| In the comparison-visualization in the bar chart diagram the numerical consumption values of each shown period are placed in the corresponding tile. | Update hint | One-time dialog after update | After an update a one-time dialog is shown for each user, which informs about the execution of a update. The update dialog also contains a direct link to the release notes inside the online help for the GridVis® Cloud, which will be opened in a new browser tab. | User context menu | Design | Layout and structure of the user context menu have been optimized. |
| Link to the release notes | Release notes, which are opened in a new browser tab, are available through the user context menu in the right area of the header. |
| Link to the online help | A link is available inside the user context menu, which forwards the user in a new browser tab to the online help for the GridVis® Cloud. | Hierarchy editor | Counting and visualization of used items in the GridVis® Cloud | On the top right corner of the hierarchy editor an information field is displyed showing the number of usable items from the currently used license. |
|
| By mouseover on this field, a tooltip is shown in which the currently used items an their split into used data points and users can be analysed, as well as additional information about the used license. |
| Storage process | Creating new data points is not saved directly, but only inside the current browser session. Only after pressing the "save"-button the new created manual data pointed is added to the GridVis® Cloud. |
| Accordion | - Medium "Other" is not visible and cannot be used any more.
- In case no data point is available for a medium, the area inside the accordion for this medium is hidden.
| Value error detection | Detection and adjustment of impossible consumption values | Detection of impossibly high consumptions (> 100 GWh) and adjustment of those data in the database. |
The following functions have been adjusted in the firmware of the Cloud Connectors at the same time: Firmware: 1.5.0 Area | Component | New function |

Design | Design conversions | Visualization, texts and structure of dialogues in the GridVis® Cloud is generalized. |
| Hierarchical navigation bar | - Improved design for a better perception of the main node
- New placement of the navigation arrows for opening lower nodes in front of the name of a node
- Graphical mark of energy producer nodes via icon
| Dashboard and analysis | Consumption tiles | Improvement of the responsive behavior and the visualization of the tiles on smaller screens. In case of reduced space on the screens, the tiles are displayed as a clickable carousel. | Hierarchy editor | Creating new data points | - New placement below the data point list (accordion)
- Reworked dialogue to create new manual data points, including a new selection of medium

Licensing | Count and display of used items in the GridVis® Cloud | The used items are counted and displayed according to the license model of the GridVis® Cloud. |
|
| The following items are counted: - Users assigned to the license via Janitza ID
- Manual data points
- Measurement devices connected via Cloud Connector and assigned to the hierarchy
|
|
| The number of used items is displayed in the license tile in the settings. |
|
| The number of used items is displayed in the Janitza ID in the license settings. |
| Display of multiple projects in the GridVis® Cloud | Via the submenu in account management in the top right area, the displayed project can be changed if the currently logged in Janitza ID is assigned several licenses and thus also several projects of the GridVis® Cloud. |
|
| The activity status of the license in use is checked and an error message is displayed if it expires. | User management | After the introduction of the new user roles "Viewer" and "Admin" (managed using the Janitza ID), the restrictions of the functionalities are now active. | For the "Viewer" role, the following functionalities are no longer usable: - Project settings
- Hierarchy editor
- Contract editor
- Input of manual measurement data
- Link to the hierarchy editor in the sidebar
- Link to contract editor on the analysis page
| Page structure / design | Design conversions | Search field in the hierarchy bar is now displayed as a "Search" button in the header. |
|
| Function tab "Data Points" is moved more to the center (now lines up with the other tabs) and is more visible. |
|
| In the Data Points tab, the button for adding new measured values is more easily recognizable for manually collected data points. | Dashboard | Time periods | Time periods with the time change (March and October) have been adjusted so that the time change is correctly taken into account. | Line diagram | Performance | Optimization of the year view for better display performance. | Hierarchy editor | Data point list (accordion) | All devices for which measured values are stored in the GridVis® Cloud are displayed in the list of available data points (= accordion), regardless of how up-to-date they are. |
