Allgemeine Beschreibung

Mit Kennzahlen vergleichen Sie Verbrauchs-, Wirtschafts- oder Stückzahlen. Mit dem KPI-Manager erstellen Sie Kennzahlen für Ihr Unternehmen. Diese Kennzahlen können als KPI-Widgets in Dashboards und Berichten in Form von Diagrammen und Tabellen dargestellt werden. Diagramme bieten einen Überblick über die Kennzahlen und deren Operanden, wodurch Ursachen und Trends für Veränderungen sichtbar werden. Daraus lassen sich Bewertungen und Gründe für Veränderungen ableiten. Sie finden den KPI-Manager unter Konfiguratoren > KPI-Manager.

KPI-Konfigurator

Der KPI-Konfigurator besteht aus den Bereichen Einstellungen, Bewertung und Trend und Vorschau. Im Bereich Einstellungen geben Sie die Formel für Ihre Kennzahl und andere optionale Informationen an. Im Bereich Bewertung und Trend legen Sie die Bewertungsstufen, sowie den Trend für die Kennzahl fest. Im Bereich Vorschau sehen Sie die grafische Darstellung Ihrer Kennzahl, sowie die Bewertung und den Trend. Gehen Sie wie folgt vor, um eine neue Kennzahl hinzuzufügen:

Einstellungen

  1. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche KPI hinzufügen.
  2. Wählen Sie die Formel zur Berechnung der Kennzahl aus.
  3. Benennen Sie die Kennzahl.
  4. Geben Sie optionale Informationen wie die Beschreibung, Gruppe und den Verantwortlichen an.
  5. Wählen Sie den Zeitraum für den die Kennzahl berechnet werden soll. Wenn Sie z. B. Monat wählen, werden Tageskennzahlen gebildet. Wenn Sie Jahr wählen, werden Monatskennzahlen gebildet.
  6. Wählen Sie den Vergleichszeitraum für die Kennzahl aus.
  7. Definieren Sie die Operanden für Ihre Kennzahl. Abhängig von der Formel können bis zu vier Operanden ausgewählt werden. Wählen Sie zuerst aus, ob es sich bei dem Operanden um einen Messwert oder eine Konstante handelt. Bennen Sie anschließend den Operanden.
    • Falls es sich um einen Messwert handelt, wählen Sie zuerst das Messgerät und anschließend den Messwert aus.
  8. Klicken Sie abschließend auf die Schaltfläche KPI speichern. Es öffnet sich das Fenster Bewertung und Trend.

Bewertung und Trend

Die Bewertungsstufen werden mithilfe eines Indikators in Form einer Ampel dargestellt. Mithilfe von Pfeilen werden steigende und fallende Trends dargestellt.

Vorschau

Im Bereich Vorschau sehen Sie eine grafische Darstellung Ihrer Kennzahl mit den zugehörigen Operanden. Wenn Ihre Kennzahl nicht wie erwartet dargestellt wird, können Sie Ihre Angaben in den Bereichen Einstellungen und Bewertung und Trend anpassen. Wird Ihre Kennzahl wie erwartet dargestellt, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Zurück, um die Kennzahl zu speichern. Sie gelangen dann zurück zur Übersicht aller Ihrer Kennzahlen.

General description

Key performance indicators can be used to compare consumption, economic or piece figures. Use the KPI Manager to create key performance indicators for your company. These key performance indicators can be displayed as KPI widgets in dashboards and reports in the form of charts and tables. Charts provide an overview of the key performance indicators and their operands, making causes and trends visible for changes. This allows assessments and reasons for change to be derived. You can find the KPI Manager at Configurators > KPI Manager.

KPI Configurator

The KPI Configurator consists of the following areas Settings, Evaluation and Trend und Preview. In the Settings area, enter the formula for your key performance indicator and other optional information. In the Evaluation and Trend area, define the evaluation levels and the trend for the key performance indicator. The Preview area shows a graphical representation of your key performance indicator, as well as the evaluation and the trend. Proceed as follows to add a new key performance indicator:

Settings

  1. Click on the Add KPI
  2. Select the formula for calculating the key performance indicator.
  3. Name the key performance indicator.
  4. Enter optional information such as the description, group and person responsible.
  5. Select the period for which the key performance indicator is to be calculated. If you select Month, for example, daily key performance indicators are created. If you select Year, monthly key performance indicators are created.
  6. Select the comparison period for the key performance indicator.
  7. Define the operands for your key performance indicator. Depending on the formula, up to four operands can be selected. First select whether the operand is a measured value or a constant. Then name the operand.
    • If it is a measured value, first select the measurement device and then the measured value.
  8. Finally, click on the Save KPI The Evaluation and Trend window opens.

Evaluation and Trend

The evaluation levels are displayed using an indicator in the form of a traffic light. Arrows are used to show rising and falling trends.

Preview

The Preview area shows a graphical representation of your key performance indicator with the associated operands. If your key performance indicator is not displayed as expected, you can change your entries in the Settings and Evaluation and Trend areas. If your key performance indicator is displayed as expected, click on the Back button to save the key performance indicator. You will then be returned to the overview of all your key performance indicators.

Descripción general

Los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) le permiten comparar cifras de consumo, cifras económicas o cantidades. Con el administrador KPI podrá crear indicadores clave de rendimiento para su empresa. Estos indicadores clave de rendimiento pueden representarse como widgets KPI en paneles e informes en forma de diagramas y tablas. Los diagramas ofrecen una vista general de los indicadores clave de rendimiento y de sus operandos, lo que permite ver las causas y las tendencias de cambios. De ello pueden deducirse las evaluaciones y las causas de los cambios. Encontrará el administrador KPI en Configuradores > Administrador KPI.

Configurador KPI

El configurador KPI consta de las seccionesn Ajustes, Evaluación y tendenciay Vista previa. En la sección Ajustes podrá indicar la fórmula para su indicador clave de rendimiento y otras informaciones opcionales. En la sección Evaluación y tendencia podrá definir los niveles de evaluación, así como la tendencia para el indicador clave de rendimiento. En la sección Vista previa podrá ver la representación gráfica de su indicador clave de rendimiento, así como la evaluación y la tendencia. Para agregar un nuevo indicador clave de rendimiento, proceda como se indica a continuación:

  1. Haga clic en el botón Agregar KPI.

Evaluación y tendencia

Configuratore KPI

Il Configuratore KPI è costituito dalle aree Impostazioni, Valutazione e andamento e Anteprima. Nell'area Impostazioni, inserire la formula dell'indicatore chiave e altre informazioni facoltative. Nell'area Valutazione e andamento vengono definiti i livelli di valutazione e l'andamento dell'indicatore chiave. Nell'area Anteprima è possibile osservare la rappresentazione grafica degli indicatori chiave, oltre alla valutazione e all'andamento. Per aggiungere un nuovo indicatore chiave, procedere come segue:

Impostazioni

  1. Fare clic sul pulsante Aggiungi KPI.
  2. Selezionare la formula per il calcolo degli indicatori chiave.
  3. Denominare l'indicatore chiave.
  4. Inserire informazioni facoltative come la descrizione, il gruppo e la persona responsabile.
  5. Selezionare il periodo per il quale calcolare gli indicatori chiave. Se viene selezionata l’opzione Mese, ad esempio, vengono creati i dati chiave giornalieri. Se viene selezionata l'opzione Anno, vengono creati gli indicatori chiave mensili.
  6. Selezionare il periodo di comparazione per l'indicatore chiave.
  7. Definire gli operandi per l'indicatore chiave. A seconda della formula, è possibile selezionare fino a quattro operandi. Definire innanzitutto se l'operando è una lettura o una costante. Quindi, nominare l’operando.
    • Se si tratta di un valore misurato, selezionare prima lo strumento di misura e poi la lettura.
  8. Infine, fare clic sul pulsante Salva KPI. Si apre la finestra Valutazione e andamento.

Valutazione e andamento

I livelli di valutazione vengono visualizzati mediante un indicatore a semaforo. Le frecce mostrano gli andamenti ascendenti e discendenti.

Anteprima

Nell'area Anteprima viene visualizzata una rappresentazione grafica degli indicatori chiave con gli operandi associati. Se l'indicatore chiave non viene visualizzato come previsto, è possibile modificare i dati inseriti nelle sezioni Impostazioni e Valutazione e andamento. Se l'indicatore chiave viene visualizzato come previsto, fare clic sul pulsante Indietro per salvarlo. Si verrà quindi reindirizzati alla panoramica di tutti gli indicatori chiave.
