Beschreibung

In den Alarmplänen konfigurieren Sie Aktionen die ausgeführt werden, wenn

ein Alarm-Ereignis (an den Alarmquellen) oder
eine Eskalationsstufe eintritt.

Alarmpläne sind mit einer Alarmquelle (Messgerät) verknüpft (vgl. Alarmquellen).

Nachdem Sie das Fenster (Alarm-) Konfiguration (vgl. Fenster (Alarm-) "Konfiguration") geöffnet haben, klicken Sie die Schaltfläche Alarmpläne um die Schaltflächen für die Bearbeitung und Verwaltung der Alarmpläne zu aktivieren.
Klicken Sie die Schaltfläche Neuen Alarmplan.
Es erscheint das Dialogfenster Neue Alarmplankonfiguration erstellen.

Im Dialogfenster Neue Alarmplankonfiguration erstellen konfigurieren Sie Ihren Alarmplan.
Für die Auszuführenden Aktionen nach Eintreten der Alarm-Ereignisse existieren 4 Tabs zur Konfiguration.
Über die Schaltfläche Neuer Eskalationsgrund erstellen Sie - wenn gewünscht - weitere Eskalationsstufen (vgl. Alarmplan - Eskalationsstufen)

Ein Alarm wird vom Benutzer quittiertEin Alarm wurde von seinem Emitter (Verursacher) zurück auf normal gesetzt

	Alarm-Ereignis	Beschreibung
1.	Ein neuer Alarm wurde gemeldet	Start (Tab) - Hier konfigurieren Sie die erste Auszuführende Aktion, die das System ausführt, wenn ein Alarm-Ereignis (an einer Alarmquelle) anliegt.
2.	Ein Alarm hat neue Details	Hier konfigurieren Sie eine Auszuführende Aktion, wenn das zugeordnete Alarm-Ereignis neue Details beinhaltet. Ein neues Detail ist beispielsweise: Wenn Sie eine Überspannung als Alarm-Ereignis konfiguriert haben, und die Überspannung sich eigenständig auf den Normalwert der Spannung senkt, so hat sich für die eingestellte Überspannung ein neues Detail ergeben.
3.		Hier konfigurieren Sie eine Auszuführende Aktion, wenn das zugeordnete Alarm-Ereignis von einem Benutzer quittiert (bestätigt) wurde.
4.		Hier konfigurieren Sie eine Auszuführende Aktion, wenn ein Alarmereignis vom Emitter (Verursacher) zurück gesetzt wurde.

In allen Tabs der jeweiligen Alarm-Ereignisse konfigurieren Sie über die Schaltfläche die Auszuführende Aktion.
Bei Klick auf die Schaltfläche "" erscheint das Fester Neue Aktion.

Im Fenster Neue Aktion wählen sie im Schritt 1 Ihre Auszuführende Aktion bei einem Alarm-Ereignis.
Im Auswahlfeld haben Sie die Wahl zwischen:
- "Ausführen eines Programms" und
- "Senden einer E-Mail".

Description

In the alarm plans you can configure the actions that will be executed if

an alarm event (at the alarm sources) or
an escalation level occurs.

Alarm plans are connected to an alarm source (measuring device) (cf. "Alarm Sources" Alarmquellen).

After you have opened the window (Alarm) "Configuration" (cf. Window Fenster (Alarm-) "ConfigurationKonfiguration"), click on the button "Alarm Plans" to to activate the buttons for editing and managing the alarm plans.
Click on the button "New Alarm Plan."
The dialog box "Create New Alarm Plan Configuration "opens.

In the dialog box "Create New Alarm Plan Configuration" you you can configure your alarm plan.
For the "the Actions to be Executed" after after the occurrence of the alarm events, there are 4 tabs for configuration.

	Alarm Event	Description
1.	"A new alarm was reported"	Start (Tab) - Here you can configure the first "Action to be Executed "that the system performs if an alarm event (at an alarm source) occurs.
2.	"An alarm has new details"	Here you can configure an "Action to be Executed "if the assigned alarm event contains new details. A new detail may be, for example: If you have configured an electric surge as an alarm event and the surge has independently dropped to a normal voltage level, then for the set surge a new detail has resulted.
3.	"An alarm is acknowledged by a user"	Here you can configure an "Action to be Executed, "if the assigned alarm event was acknowledged (confirmed) by a user.
4.	"An alarm was reset to normal by its emitter (perpetrator)"	Here you can configure an "Action to be Executed, "if an alarm event was reset by the emitter (perpetrator).

In all tabs for the respective alarm events, you can use the button "" to to configure the "Action to be Executed."
Click on the button "" to open the window "New Action."

In the window "New Action," select your "Action to be Executed" for for an alarm event in the first step.
In the options list you can choose between:
- "Execute a Program" and
- "Send an Email".
